Posterior Cervical Laminectomy
Performed on patients with spinal stenosis, spinal cord and exiting nerve root compression in the cervical spine (neck). Key-hole surgery is performed in the back of the neck to trim a portion of the degenerated facet joints and any bony spurs that may be causing nerve root compression. Relief of arm and shoulder pain is often immediate with patients requiring a 1-3 night stay in hospital.
QCOS Spine not only strive for excellence in surgery, but for excellence in patient care.
